On Monday April 24, we are installing a Fridge and Freezer in the Food Bank. The installation requires the use of a crane to hoist compressors onto the roof of our building, closing the parking lot and entrance to our building, and will interrupt our regular hours of operation at our 8000 Nesters road location, which will look like the following…
– The Food Bank will be CLOSED.
– Outreach Services will be able for drop-ins (off site).
– The Re-Use-It Centre and Donations will be CLOSED.
The installation is scheduled from 7am – 12pm, but often these things take longer so we are planning to be on adapted services as noted above throughout the day. If not, All services will reopen on Tuesday morning as normal.
