To expand her toolbox, Colleen is currently training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Somatic Experiencing techniques.

EDUCATION:

  • Registered Clinical Counsellor through the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, specialized yoga and pilates instructor

Colleen has trained in many therapeutic styles including Solution Focused, Person Centered, Narrative and Trauma informed approaches. She also comfortable with Attachment-Theory based approaches which she uses in individualized, couples and family therapy.
