On Wednesday, September 23rd, the Whistler Food Bank will move back to its home in the Whistler Community Services Society Building located at 8000 Nesters Road. Hours of operation will be 9am to 11am, Wednesday and Friday each week.
At the initial onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Whistler Food Bank was moved to the Whistler Conference Centre. This move was necessary to handle a sudden increase in demand from the community, while adhering to provincial public health authority physical distancing requirements. Six months later we are happy to advise that we are moving back to our headquarters. We look forward to continuing to serve the community’s food security needs from there.
