The Healthy Choices program provides youth, school and community-based staff, and families in the sea to sky corridor with social and emotional educational programming. Sessions are age-appropriate and include topics such as sleep hygiene, mental health and wellness, substance use, and others listed on the poster below.

The Healthy Choices facilitator is available from September to June to provide sessions in schools and community settings in Whistler, Pemberton, and Mount Currie.

Connections is a program available to local employers to assist staff through the opportunities and challenges of life in Whistler.
