Peer Educator Program

Who is it for?

Do you want to make a difference in the Whistler community and learn how to provide kind, thoughtful, and meaningful support and increase your knowledge of local mental health resources?  If so, we have a program for you! Whistler Community Services Society is currently hosting a Peer Educator Program. Participants will be trained to listen, empathize, make referrals to mental wellness resources in the community and foster healthy, meaningful connections for Whistler residents.

Let’s work together to be there for our community members who want to talk, laugh, cry, connect, hang, express, grieve, belong, get resources and be heard.

Date & TIMES

An 8-hour full-day intensive session will be offered 2-3 times throughout the year.

Next session will be in January 2023.
