Reporting to the Executive Director, this full-time (32 hours per week) Human Resources (HR) Administrator will create and maintain an HR department to support the WCSS employees. Re-Build-It Centre

The Re-Build-It Centre is seeking another member for our team. This position requires a fun, versatile individual who is able to perform a wide variety of tasks from customer service to recycling collections. The ideal candidate will have a passion for troubleshooting and a strong work ethic.

Required Skills/Qualities:

  • Cash handling experience an asset
  • Customer Service orientated
  • Driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
  • Able to lift 50lbs comfortably
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Able to remain calm and friendly in stressful situations
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Customer service, minor furniture repair/assembly
  • Criminal record check required

This position is 32 hours / week including weekends. We offer a competitive wage and benefits upon completion of your 3 month probation.  You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
