Careers at WCSS

At WCSS, we value Trust, Respect, Inclusion, Advocacy and Collaboration.

We have a dedicated team who are enthusiastic and resilient. They love where they live and what they do. In 2022, our outreach workers booked over 8,000 appointments with people who needed support. They genuinely care about getting them on the right path with social programs and services. Front line staff at Re-Use-It and Re-Build-It centres take pride in making sure the circular economy keeps funneling money into Whistler’s social programs and diverts useful goods out of landfill.

Staff at WCSS have a range of skill sets that keep our community healthy. Retail staff in the storefront and in receiving. Operations staff to keep merchandise moving. Technical staff to test and fix goods. Outreach and program staff to support clients. Administrative staff to pull everything together.

Want to be part of a successful social enterprise that’s always evolving? We have a business model that builds careers for individuals and strengthens communities, while taking care of our planet.
